Reviews
Your satisfaction is our reputation. Here's what customers have said on Google and to us directly.
“From our first visit to the showroom to the end of the job, we were met by professional and courteous advice throughout. We are well pleased with the product and the skill of the fitters. We tend not to use companies that supply, but make the customer find their own fitters. We prefer companies that have the confidence in their product to fit it themselves. Now it’s complete, it looks as if the floors have always been this good, which is our benchmark for a job well done. The fitters went beyond by helping put back the heavy furniture , a task which had prevented us getting new floors until we met this excellent company.”
“Just called them enquiring how much it will cost to change the roof As have had a few issues in the past. However, was absolutely delighted at the honesty of the advice given which was you don’t need to do anything as the roof is absolutely fine. No need to waste your money. Though they haven’t got any business of me because they don’t think anything needs to be done, their Honest assessment and reply has certainly got my goodwill At a time when you may find many businesses happy to do repairs and take money off you when actually nothing Needs to be done. A five star review really for the honesty👍”
“We purchased Karndean Luxury Floor Tiles from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury and arranged for them to lay them in our kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet. The job was handled to a very high standard and looks great.”
“John came from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury to lay our Karndean flooring throughout. We are so pleased with the finish and John always cleared any mess up before leaving over the few days it took him. Smashing job, kept socially distanced and took all the precautions and he was a very pleasant man. Can’t recommend this company enough.”
“I can only praise your company for the quick response when I decided to get my roof done, and for the excellent work that your lads did to the roof.”
“I have pleasure in enclosing my cheque for payment of the roofing work you have completed at my house today and at the same time express my appreciation for the excellent workmanship carried out by your operatives. Your company does have a recognised and notable reputation for quality and i would not hesitate to recommend your reliable services whenever an opportunity arises.”
“So, so pleased with our newly restored Main Hall floor, wow! Thank you very much Cooper & Williams Ltd – Neil did a super job in bringing our floor back to its former glory!”
